Where I am now
Ok, the company I'm going to start with raised so many red flags for me, I just about passed them up. The only problem was - they seemed the most substantial of all the ones I looked at. Here were my problems: When I looked up their information on Internic Whois, the website was only created a month ago, no contact information, no city, state, nothing. The ripoff site only had one entry, but strangely, that was comforting; the Better Business Bureau had more complaints :) My wife says I am a pain in the ass, (actually it was a shorter version), but that I am really good at it, and I enjoy it, so I decided to do what I can do so well - I wrote them a couple of emails, in a mildly provoking and irritating manner. I told them I was concerned that they were a scam, and if they could enlighten me, I would be glad to go further. Not really nice of me, I know, but hey, that's me. I figured that I would never hear back from them. I was surprised. They actually replied in a fairly prompt amount of time, gave me the first module to look at, no charge, and have given me the toll free number of their customer service. All this is in definite contrast to what was posted on the ripoff site. So I have to finish up a simple shopping cart website for myself at http://www.uspsetexam.com today, and tomorrow I will send in the money to try this company. I really should charge several of my co-workers for doing this, because if it works, they will do it also. It is such a joy to go first into the unknown, (I can be a little sarcastic, too). I also get to find out if I can setup two bloggers under one username. That should prove interesting. Actually it was fairly simple. I went back to the dashboard, created a new blog, gave it title, and change my profile. That was it. Amazing.

What to do first
I'm tired of work at home scams and rip-offs and would like to find something legitimate. So, I 'm going to create a Blog and describe my journey through this maze of rip-offs and scams that are all over the Internet. I'll probably have to invest some $$ here and there, but maybe it will be of help to someone else. If you have been down this road and seen the light at the end of the tunnel, whether it is a train and you were runover by it, or if it was actually something positive, let me know. You would be doing all of us a favor. I'm thinking of trying the http://www.rebateprocessortools.com site first. Out of all of the junk emails and searches I have gotten or made, this looks like the most promising. I'll have to invest $197.00. but since my budget for this is $250.00, that will fit. If nothing else, I will make a posting to http://www.ripoffreport.com. I'll let you know. You might also look at http://www.wemoonlight.com.
